Terms of Service
Effective date: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Blitera ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Controlled Beta
Blitera is currently operated as a controlled beta / Design Partner Program. Billing is not active yet, access is manually reviewed or limited, and plan access may be adjusted during the pilot.
Beta features, limits, storage capacity, API access, and availability may change while the product is being validated. The beta Service is provided without a service level agreement or guaranteed uptime.
Do not upload highly sensitive production documents unless this has been agreed directly with Blitera.
3. Use of Service
Blitera is a platform for governed link and document access. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:
- Share illegal, copyrighted (without permission), or harmful content.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or spam.
- Attempt to breach or bypass our security measures.
- Abuse free beta access through excessive automation, bandwidth consumption, account farming, or attempts to evade limits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Content Reports
If you believe content shared through Blitera is unlawful, infringes your rights, or is otherwise abusive, please report it through our support channel with enough information to identify the specific link, file, or content concerned.
Blitera may review reported content, restrict access, suspend an account, preserve operational evidence, or remove content where appropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Blitera and its licensors.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Blitera be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
During the controlled beta, the Service is provided for evaluation and pilot use. You are responsible for deciding whether the Service is appropriate for your data, workflow, legal obligations, and risk level.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via email or through the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Contact Us
